We accept money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Amazon. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.
Shipping and Handling
We offer shipping to the United States and its territories by UPS and USPS. Shipping only $5.00 and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75.00!! (In most cases, Flat Rate shipping is 1st Class US Mail or Priority Mail. Also we only ship a packing list, in case the order is a gift. Your receipt will be e-mailed.
We deliver your order as soon as practical. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will be sent an e-mail with tracking information. Please set your e-mail filters to accept emails from sales@vegasinternetllc.com.
Backorders
Most times, if an item shows as "in stock" we have it in the warehouse. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a few days. Of course, with any back order item, we can not make any guarantees that the item continues to be available. If any item you order has become unavailable, we will seek to notify you that the particular item is no longer available.
Taxes
Our business is operated from Texas. All orders which are to be shipped within Texas will automatically show sales tax in the total which is figured at 8.25%. If you are located outside of Texas and any sales taxes are applicable to your purchase, the tax amounts will be charged to you as a condition to shipment. All other orders are sales tax free.
Returns and Exchanges
We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping within a 30 day period. We will also gladly accept the return of any of our products for any other reason within a 30 day period, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever.
In order to make a return to us, contact us via email at sales@vegasinternetllc.com, or call or fax us, making sure to include identification of the item you purchased, including the order number and date.
Please state a reason for the return. If you think the item was ugly, then tell us "I think it was ugly."

As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged for the item.
